...And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead - Tao Of The Dead

...And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead is one of my favorite bands and I quietly enjoy their indie excellence keeping it to myself. None of my friends would hear what I hear in them nor would they enjoy them for the most part I'm pretty sure. Tao Of The Dead is another solid release from the band that encompasses all that is great about them. The greatest thing about the band is that they record albums and they are meant to be heard as a complete listen. You don't listen to Pink Floyd albums for that one song or Dream Theatre for that single the radio is playing you listen for the experience and journey the music takes you to in your mind and soul.

Tao Of The Dead has all the parts that make an album classic and epic. This is definitely not an album for anyone who doesn't like progressive or psychedelic music.
