Hell - Human Remains

Posted on 19:36 by Unknown

Cheesy over the top Christian's who play for the other team are behind this music. The evil eerie satanic musical journey Hell takes us on is eyebrow raising at times even eye rolling silly. I have to admit the guitar playing is pretty good on the album and the production is also solid. The lead singer isn't King Diamond but he does remind me of him with similar phrasing. I do enjoy some of the songs even though I nearly chuckle at the juvenile lyrics and the 'I'm So Evil' delivery.

The song "Let Battle Commence" has a pretty good power metal groove and pace it really does have that King Diamond feel on this track. Obviously you can find better heavy metal to listen to and the laughable lyrics do detract from the music but if your bored and enjoy pretending to be evil and that satan is real along with hell than this should be right up your alley.
