Some new heavy metal sub genre thrash to be had on Day Of Reckoning. This is classic in style and a little tinny on delivery. It is very much what you've heard from Annihilator, Exodus and Overkill and that's good company for sure. I like the riffing and the drumming but it all could have been much fuller in sound. The drums do not carry the thunderous pound that could make this album a real killer. Overall nothing new to report but if your a fan of old school thrash from the Bay area this will be pleasing to your ears. Don't expect too much outside of typical speed metal and you won't be disappointed.
