Well three days until the metal god arrives to rock Victoria and I have to admit I'm as giddy as child on christmas morning. Being such a fan of Rob Halford I am just as excited to see him perform live as I was the first time way back in 1984. This is one of my all-time music heroe's who commands the stage like nobody's business. The music that Rob is responsible for creating hits that perfect chord for me and the songs never become tiring or boring or stale or old.
When the man hits the stage and plays his 50 minute set in support Ozzy Osbourne I will have seen him perform six times and each time it was great. I'm sure Ozzy will be good but won't be anywhere close to having the same effect on me. I've seen Ozzy many times before and he's good live but when you've seen Jake E. Lee twice and Zakk Wylde twice Gus G just won't compare. Not to mention no Randy Castillo bashing the kit makes an Ozzy show albeit good but a sad one knowing the Randy past away long before he should have and what a great talent was lost that day.
