So the leaked album appears and of course I had to listen to it cuz she's all the rage right now. So after a couple of listens I've decided I don't actually mind this stuff. She isn't the greatest thing to wear slutty clothes and too much make-up but she's a pretty good rapper. I can see this album doing well with over the holiday season being snapped up for stocking stuffers. As expected the production has lots of digital instruments and looped beats along with vocal effects. It's 2010 pop/hip-hop and with that comes all the computer enhancements. Even with those tweaks you can't hide flow and skill when it comes to rocking a microphone which as I said early she does very well.
All the featured artists on the album do add to it this time round which is also a su
rprise. Specifically Eminem spits some excellent venom on his showing and Natasha Bedingfield is particularly solid as well. The sampled Joe Satriani track Always With Me, Always With You or at minimum borrowed hook is another shining moment. The show stopper Will.I.Am. is on the albums best track and one of most catchy songs of the year as well.Song Highlights: I'm The Best, Ride Thru Me, Fly, Check It Out, Your Love, Last Chance & Hello Good Morning (remix)
